Jessica_Lively - viena iš kandidačių, kuri galbūt savo ramumu, pastovumu čia išsiskiria. Anketos sulaukėme solidžios. Žaidime su tavimi skundų nebūna, žodžiu piešiant pirminį paveikslą jau matosi, ramus, koncentruotas į savo veiklą asmuo. Aktyvumu skųstis, manau, negalėtų nei vienas. Priėjus prie Tavosios anketos iškart pamačiau keletą nesutapimų. Kalbant apie 7 klausimą tau būtent reikėjo paaiškinti kokie kertiniai trūkumai yra medikų darbe, galbūt valdžioje, tačiau klausime atsakymai vangūs, senbuviams sumažėja motyvacija, didelė konkurencija ir t.t. Galų gale gal ir sutikčiau su daug išsakytų aspektų, bet pasigendu konkretumo ir aiškesnių problemų iškėlimo. Kalbant apie tiklslus, išsikeli aukštus, bet kažkur jau matytus, nori palaikyti aukštą standartą, sukurti gerą komandą, aptarnauti klientą - tikslinga, bet nuobodu. Devintame klausime sulaukėme atsakymo vėlgi patogaus. Sutinku su idėjomis, jog šiame darbe reikia mesti viską dėl pačio darbo, reikia susivaržyti save, darbuotojus, rasti būdų, bet nesutikčiau su principu, jog darbuotojai, kurie praeito direktoriaus metu sąžiningai dirbo, pildė sistemas ir whatnot turėtų ir prie tavęs gauti special treatment, tokie momentai, ypač naujokam, nėra smagūs, nes pasiekti ko firmoje jiems nebebus. Sudėjus visą anketą, aš tikrai neabejoju, jog galėtum pilnai susitvarkyti su medikų direktorės pareigomis, suburtum žmonių komandą, ją išmokytum ir sukurtum jiem gerą atmosferą, atlaisvintum taisykles, kurios buvo prie buvusios valdžios. Ar to užtenka, jog direktore paskirtčiau Tave? Likusią dalį perskaitysi žemiau.

Fredas_Tapovas - dar vienas ilgalaikis medikas, susidirbęs su buvusiu kolektyvu. Anketą pateikei išsamią, tačiau pažiūrėsime ar kiekybė parodys kokybę. Pačios anketos analizę kaip ir su kandidatės atveju pradėsime nuo 7 klausimo. Labai panašu kaip ir Jessicos atveju, pirmą problemą keli su budėjimais, jog darbuotojai nenori laikytis taisyklių ir tiesiog budėti, rinktis pinigus, bet tavo siūlymas yra taikyti sankcijas? Uždrausti darbuotojam išvis budėti tam tikrą laiką? Pykit nepykit, bet čia yra pati paprasčiausia serverio veikla ir manau, jog nei vienas žaidėjas atėjęs į darbą turėtų gauti draudimą nuo jos, galbūt geriau būtų pergalvoti darbo taisykles ir kaip budėjimai galėtų veikti. Toliau kalbi apie senbuvių motyvacijos stoką, vėl girdime tą pačią dainelę apie savaitines užduotis. Pilnai sutinku, jog jos veikia, yra geras būdas, bet tai nėra kažkokia naujovė. Apibendrinus visą klausimą kertines problemas skaitau tai, jog būdų spręsti tuos trūkumus atsakymuose sulaukiu tik bendrųjų atsakymų: “kažkokios panašios idėjos integravimas”, “sukurti kažkokią pastoviai atnaujinamą veiklą”. Trūksta konkretumo. Tikslus išsikeli lygiai taip pat, geras kolektyvas ir palaikyti medikus tokius kokie buvo. Peržvelgus visą anketą, idėjos kartojasi, yra panašios ir daugumai matytos, nenuostabu, jog po ilgo laiko atidirbus pas buvusį direktorių matysis anketose tos pačios idėjos, minimalūs pakeitimai, bet pati visa idėja atrodo lygiai ta pati. Abu su Jessica kalbate beveik tą patį kitais žodžiais, tačiau konkurentės anketoje, nors taip pat minėjau, jog trūkumas, jaučiasi daugiau konkretumo nei pačiojo. Vėlgi, ar tavoji anketa, įvaizdis serveryje padarė pakankamą įspūdį, jog galėčiau paskirti tave direktoriumi? Sužinosi žemiau.

Afvgust_Balandis - dar vienas ilgalaikis medikas? Why not. Anketa trumpesnė nei varžovų, bet pažiūrėsim ar ne prastesnė. Iš kart kaip ir kitiems kandidatam pagrindinį dėmesį skirsiu 7 klausimui. Pirmas pastebėjimas, prašau naudokim kablelius, nesu lituanistas, nesu grammar nazi, bet tikrai sunku skaityti anketą, kurios skirtingos mintys neatžymėtos skyrybos ženklais. Regarless, einam, išvardini pagrindinius trūkumus: motyvacija, budėjimai ir konkurencija, jokio progreso ar naujovių, direktoriaus ignorance. Sutiksiu su daugeliu trūkumų, bet taip pat ir pagirsiu, jog žaidėjas nepabūgo kritikuoti ir būtent valdžios, kuri valdė prieš naujai išrinktą direktorių. Ar ta kritika pelninga? Manau, jog ją priimti arba nepriimti gali pasirinkti tik buvusi valdžia, o mano tikslas sužinoti ar žaidėjas geba pateikti solidžius sprendimo būdus šioms problemoms? Problema identiška kaip ir su kitais kandidatais - konkretumo trūkumas tam tikromis vietomis, o vietomis teiki panašius pasiūlymus. Labai patiko atsižvelgimas dėl naujokų, ir dėl galimybės išnaudoti tam mokymus, kvalifikacijas, jog visiški naujokai nebūtų palikti be šanso išbandyti pirmojo darbo su pakvietimu. Toliau klausimuose kartoji tą patį, tikslai surinkti komandą kuo greičiau, išmokyti ir užlopyti problemas, kurias išvardinai. Gaila, jog klausimai tolimesni atsakomi vos ne copy paste pavidalu, tačiau sunku nesutikti, jog pirminiai tikslai tokie ir turėtų būti. To sum up, anketa išsiskyrei su papildoma kritika, turinys dažnai kartojosi, sunku kartais perskaityti mintis, nes viskas į vieną atrodo suklijuota. Esmė anketos irgi, nebuvo nieko įspūdingo, tačiau kaip ir kiti kandidatai atsakei į klausimus, kartais tiksliau, kartais mažiau į tą pusę, ar tavoji anketa suteiks direktorių? Pasiskaitysi žemiau.

Tai kas perims medikų darbo vėžias?

Sudėjus visus kandidatus, pagrindinė problema, kurią išskirčiau - trūkumas originalumo. Labai daug kandidatų yra paveikti to ką turėjo buvusi valdžia. Puiku, jei jūs atsižvelgiate į tai, tačiau manau, jog žaidėjams norėtųsi vis įdomesnio kandidato, to, kuris kažką tikrai galės pasiūlyt ko buvusi valdžia nesiūlė (čia ne kritika praeitai valdžiai).
